Jason Jones Jewellery is an independent UK-based jewellery workshop specialising in handcrafted silver and gold jewellery.

Each piece is designed, made, and finished individually rather than mass-produced.

 

Orders and contract Formation 

Orders are placed through the Site using our secure checkout.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing or description.

 

Product Information

All jewellery is handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in finish, texture, or appearance may occur and are part of the nature of handmade work.

Product images are representative, and colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Measurements, materials, and gemstone details are provided on individual product pages to the best of our ability.

 

Bespoke work

Many items sold by Jason Jones Jewellery are one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited quantities.

Custom-made, made-to-order or bespoke items are created specifically for the customer and are non-refundable unless faulty, in line with UK consumer law.

Availability of products

Due to the nature of handcrafted and one-of-a-kind jewellery, some items may also be offered for sale on multiple platforms.

While we take care to keep inventory accurate, it is possible that an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

In the unlikely event that a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified as soon as possible, and no further liability will arise.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch and to cancel orders where an error has occurred.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary, particularly where sizing or custom work is required.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If an item is faulty or not as described, your rights are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
